Frequently asked questions

At Tectónica, we are committed to managing and dispatching your orders as efficiently and promptly as possible. However, each project and/or product requires a thorough evaluation to accurately estimate delivery times. For products in stock, the usual delivery time is approximately one and a half weeks, depending on the delivery location. For large restocking orders or products not currently in stock, the preparation and shipping time ranges from 2 to 8 weeks. Standard shipments leave our factory every Thursday; however, if an urgent delivery is required, an express service can be requested for an additional cost.For large block, slab, and/or tile projects, we recommend contacting the distributor you initially dealt with. For orders of more than 10 units made through our website, the delivery may occur in multiple stages. We appreciate your understanding if the delivery takes place on different dates.If you wish to inquire about the status of your order, please enter the tracking number on the carrier's website once you have received the shipping confirmation, or simply write to us at soporte@tectonica.design, and our team will assist you as soon as possible.

All orders placed through Tectónica can be canceled up to 48 hours before shipment. That is, if the product has been paid for but has not yet left our warehouse, a full refund will be issued. If the order has already been processed for shipping or has been dispatched, the return is only partially possible (between 25% and 50% of the product value, depending on its characteristics), as our policy does not allow refunds of shipping costs or labor performed. For large projects or slab orders, please contact the distributor who managed your order, as they handle that policy internally.For additional information or assistance with the return, refund, or cancellation of your order, please write to us atsoporte@tectonica.design, and our team will address your request as promptly as possible.

Our brand collaborates with a network of professional distributors and stonemasons both nationally (in Spain) and internationally (see here). Therefore, at Tectónica, we can only recommend the most suitable distributor to meet your specific needs. If your order is highly specific and you believe our brand can assist you directly, please send your request toventas@tectonica.designso that our internal team can evaluate your proposal.

Similar to blocks, slabs, and tiles, our network of distributors is responsible for managing both the project and the product, with the addition of our artists (see here). If you need a specific project using any of our collections or textures, please contact ventas@tectonica.designso that we can recommend an appropriate artist and distributor. If you already have an artist or designer and only need the product, please contact us atventas@tectonica.designso that we can suggest the nearest distributor to your location.It is important to note that, unlike internal orders for specific blocks, slabs, or tiles, all custom projects are exclusively managed by our distributors.
