For this sophisticated renovation, Tectónica curated a palette of premium marbles to redefine the home’s interior architecture. The heart of the residence is the kitchen, anchored by a magnificent island crafted from Elegant Mint marble, whose unique veining provides a luminous, organic centerpiece. This is complemented by the refined purity of Blanco Dana marble used for the countertops and wall surfaces, creating a high-contrast interplay with the home's minimalist cabinetry.

The application of stone extends gracefully into the living quarters, where Blanco Dana marble transcends utility to become a sculptural presence. A bespoke chimney mantel and a grand, marble-clad architectural arch serve as the primary focal points, unifying the open-plan layout with a sense of classical permanence. The design journey culminates in the master bathroom, a full-immersion sanctuary featuring Tectónica’s signature Blanco Macael marble. Here, floor-to-ceiling slabs and a custom-integrated vanity showcase the legendary white clarity of Macael stone, creating a monolithic aesthetic that celebrates timeless luxury and tactile elegance.
